Urrrgh - I have the same issue. Got my AirPods Pro 2s today. Set them up in the normal way, and they sound great. Everything looks good apart from the fact that they don’t appear in Find My.In my casee Airpod Pro 2 on Windows 10 laptop. It was 5.2 bluetooth card. Upgrading to a Intel Killer 1675x card solved my problem. Airpod Pro 2 now connect and work properly. Laptop is a Legion 5 Pro that previously used a Realtek wifi / bluetooth card.
